Submission (closed)

Paper submissions must present original, unpublished research or experiences. Late-breaking advances and work-in-progress reports from ongoing research are also encouraged to be submitted to MUCS 2007. Authors are requested to submit either long papers or short papers (work-in-progress reports), strictly in IEEE two-column conference style:

  • Long papers (up to 10 single-spaced two-column pages, including figures, tables, references and annexes)
  • Short papers describing work-in-progress (up to 4 pages, including figures, tables, references and annexes)
  • Authors are requested to submit original contributions in PDF only. Papers must be written in English. Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted.

    MUCS 2007 is using the EDAS Conference Management System to manage paper submission process. In order to submit, you must first have or create an EDAS account. EDAS system will e-mail you your password. You need to login to EDAS using the password you have received by email. EDAS will provide you with the submission homepage where you can register your paper submission and make appropriate changes. You can find the MUCS workshop in EDAS here

    How to use EDAS to submit your paper:

  • Create an account in the EDAS system at http://www.edas.info/
  • Login to EDAS using your username and password (sent via email)
  • Submit your paper via the MUCS 2007 submission page
  • Fill in the detail of the paper. You will be required to provide information for co-authors not already registered with the system. Choose as many topics as apply to your paper. Choose the submit button to register you paper.
  • Upload your paper using the provided form. You may choose not to upload a file immediately. You may upload a new version of your file at any time (prior to submission deadline) by returning to the EDAS system. Once you login, a list of submitted papers will be made available. Click on the upload image to upload a new version of your paper.
  • After the notification date, reviews of your paper can be accessed from your submission list.
